Meet the Owners

The Windsor is owned by Windsor Senior Living, LLC. The principals are Tim and Gail Buchanan, Pete Russell and Cathy Layton. For the past 20 years, Mr. Buchanan and Mr. Russell have worked together in the field of real estate, senior housing and services. Through their joint philosophies and personal efforts, Mr. Buchanan and Mr. Russell have created a state of the art, purposefully designed, housing and services option dedicated to providing a home-like residential environment where residents may choose the care and services they want and need.
